 USTELECENTERS NAMES BRIAN BOGOSIAN PRESIDENT
 AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
 BOSTON, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- USTeleCenters Inc. today announced the promotion of Brian A. Bogosian to president and chief operating officer. Bogosian will be responsible for overseeing the company's operation and ensuring its growth as a leading telecommunications provider.
 Bogosian joined USTeleCenters in 1988 as vice president, sales and marketing, and was subsequently elected a director in 1989. Prior to USTeleCenters, Bogosian was vice president of sales and marketing for AIM Telephones and also held management positions with Bell Atlantic and Southern New England Telephone (SNET).
 "Brian Bogosian's business acumen and technology expertise has played a key role in the phenomenal growth of USTeleCenters during the past four years in which we've grown by more than 300 percent," said Franklin A. Reece III, the company's chairman, chief executive officer and founder. "He brings the commitment and experience necessary to drive our continued success in the burgeoning telecommunications market."
 Bogosian was born in Andover and currently resides in Boston. His interests include politics and environmental causes. He serves as chairman of the public affairs committee for CITISERV, a charitable, non-profit organization. He also serves on the re-election finance committee for U.S. Representative Joe Kennedy. Bogosian is a member of the Boston League of Women Voters, Audubon Society, ACLU and Amnesty International. He is currently listed among "Who's Who in Leading American Executives" and has been selected by the U.S. Jaycees as one of the "Outstanding Young Men of America."
