USDC-SDFL attorney renewal fees due.

Pursuant to Administrative Order 2012-4, effective January 26, all members of the Bar of the USDC-SDFL, were required to pay a renewal fee of $25 on or before March 15, 2012, and every other year thereafter.

After a 30-day grace period, which was April 18, 2012, all 2012 renewals will be assessed a $50 late fee ($75 total).

The 2014 renewal cycle will commence January 6. If 2012 renewal fees are not paid prior to the 2014 renewal deadline, April 14, the attorney will no longer be considered a member of the USDC-SDFL Bar and must reapply for membership at a cost of $201 and be readmitted before they may again practice before the court. Note that attorney renewal fees can only be paid through a Southern District of Florida CM/ECF account.
