 AT DEC. 17 PRESS CONFERENCE
 WHO: Officials of USAir, Pratt & Whitney and ABS Partnership will jointly announce details of a major initiative in the national program to make jet aircraft quieter neighbors of the communities they serve.
 WHEN: 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 17.
 WHERE: Zenger Room, National Press Club, 14th and F streets N.W., Washington.
 Guests are invited to brunch following the press conference for further conversation with representatives of USAir, Pratt & Whitney and the ABS Partnership.
