USA TODAY TO ACCEPT CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING FOR PITTSBURGH MARKET
 WASHINGTON, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- USA TODAY, which announced Tuesday that it would begin accepting regional display advertising for the Pittsburgh market, said today that it will accept classified advertising as well.
 "Since Tuesday's announcement, USA TODAY has been contacted by a number of people interested in obtaining classified advertising in the Pittsburgh area. To meet that demand, we will offer classified rates as attractive as display rates," said Tom Curley, president and publisher of USA TODAY.
 Classified rates start at $2.85 per line with a four-line minimum. Frequency discounts are available.
 Tuesday, USA TODAY said it would accept black and white display advertising in full-page ($4,560), half-page ($2,850) and quarter- page ($1,781) sizes. Rates are slightly higher on Fridays. Weekly frequency discounts are available.
 Curley said the news content of the newspaper will not change. Extra pages will be added in the Pittsburgh market to accommodate the number of ad pages sold. USA TODAY is currently selling about 95,000 copies daily in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
