USA TODAY ISSUES WEEK'S TOP 10 BEST-SELLING BOOKS

 WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Rush Limbaugh's book, "See, I Told You So," maintains the top position on USA Today's Best-Selling Books list. Robert Waller's new romance, "Slow Waltz in Cedar Bend," moved closer in second place.
 The week's top 10 Best-Selling Books:
