US drone strike in Sararogha area leaves nine dead.

TANK, May 09, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- At least nine people were killed and 7 injured in suspected once more US drone strike in Sararogha area of South Waziristan. According to the sources, the CIA-operated drone fired 4 guided missiles at a house in Tabi Langar Khel area of Sararogha in which 8 people were killed. The house that was targeted was completely destroyed in the attack. The bodies were dug out of the rubble of the house The US drone launched attack in Pakistan territory at that time when countrys head of state Asif Ali Zardari is in US to press the authorities to provide drones to Pakistan and halt such strikes. According to the locals of the area, three US drones were seen hovering over the area after the attack. The Political administration of South Waziristan has refused to verify drone strikes in Sararogha area.
