US cops hunt 'Irish' conman.

A CONMAN fleeced Americans out of thousands of euro by saying he was from Ireland, it has been claimed.

Joshuah Shelley, who is from the US, has conned three university students out of EUR5,000 by saying he was on a rugby scholarship from Ireland.

Shelley, who used nine aliases including Marcus Moriarty, even convinced a former wife he was Irish so he could steal money from her parents.

Now police in Utah are hunting for him after he made off with his university roommates' valuables.
