The Finnish e-business solutions developer SysOpen Oyj said today (5 June) that it had entered into an agreement to sell part of its Waybill operations to the Finnish postal services company Finland Post Corporation.

The deal covers only Waybill operations related to Finland Post.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Waybill is a dispatch processing solution for organisations using transport firms. The application has been developed by SysOpen in cooperation with Finland Post and the transport company Kiitolinja.
