UNIVEST CORP'S SUBSIDIARIES, UNION NATIONAL AND PENNVIEW SAVINGS BANKS TO MAKE SERVICES OF INVEST FINANCIAL CORP. AVAILABLE AT BRANCH OFFICES

 SOUDERTON, Pa., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- In a significant move to expand its range of services, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (OTC Bulletin Board: UVSP), through its subsidiaries, Union National and Pennview Savings Banks, will now make available the products and services of INVEST Financial Corporation (INVEST). INVEST, a subsidiary of Kemper Financial Services, Inc., is one of the largest financial services firms providing bank clients with convenient access to annuities and other insurance products, mutual funds and unit investment trusts, along with free financial planning and portfolio services.
 At the new INVEST Centers in Union National and Pennview Savings Banks, the general public, as well as the bank's customers, can obtain professional, objective investment advice, carefully researched investment recommendations, and choose from a variety of financial products.
