UNISYS, AG-CHEM FORM ALLIANCE RELATIONSHIP TO PRODUCE INTEGRATED AGRICULTURE SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS

 MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation's (NYSE: UIS) Electronic Systems division, Eagan, Minn., and Ag-Chem Equipment Co., Inc. of Minnetonka, Minn., have announced that they have laid the groundwork for a long-term development and marketing alliance to produce high technology integrated solutions for use in the agricultural marketplace. The goal of the relationship is to provide Ag-Chem with unique market discriminators by developing and producing value-added, technology-intensive systems solutions for specific customer and end-user requirements.
