UNIQUEST DECLINES ACQUISITION OF FISHER BUSINESS SYSTEMS

 JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- UNIQUEST Incorporated (NASDAQ: UQSTE) said today that it will not proceed with its previously announced agreement in principle to acquire Fisher Business Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBUS) of Atlanta. The agreement in principle was subject to due diligence and board of director approval on the part of both companies.
 UNIQUEST management, upon completion of its due diligence review, concluded that the acquisition could not be justified strategically. Consequently, the UNIQUEST board voted to terminate any further acquisition discussions with Fisher Business Systems.
