 UNION PACIFIC TO REDEEM ALL $200 MILLION OF ITS 6 PERCENT NOTES
 BETHLEHEM, Pa., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) announced today it will redeem the entire $200 million principal amount of its 6 percent notes due 1992 on Jan. 7, 1992, at the redemption price of 100 percent, together with accrued interest to Jan. 7, 1992.
 Payment will be made upon surrender of the notes to the paying agent, Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, 55 Exchange Place, New York.
