UNIFORCE TEMPORARY PERSONNEL, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 NEW HYDE PARK, N.Y., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Uniforce Temporary Personnel, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: UNFR) today announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $.03 per share on shares of its common stock, $.01 par value, payable Jan. 29, 1992 to holders of record on Jan. 15, 1993.
 The company, under its trade name Uniforce Temporary Services, is a national network of 67 predominately licensed offices providing temporary personnel in the general and automated office, light industrial, marketing, accounting, MIS and technical service categories.
