UNAITED; Emery banks on 'spirit & intensity to take the Gunners to top-four finish; 'SPIRIT DELIGHT UNAI.

UNAI EMERY hailed Arsenal's "intensity" and "spirit" after climbing back into the top four before this weekend's north London derby.

Early goals from Alexandre Lacazette and TURN TO PAGE 3 'spirit ' delights unai Henrikh Mkhitaryan against Southampton saw the Gunners record a seventh consecutive home league win.

And Emery said: "We could have won today with more than two goals. But we need to continue in this spirit, to play with this intensity for 90 minutes.

"Lacazette deserved to score more, Aubameyang had chances. My problem is when we cannot create chances, but we did not have that today."
