UN: acknowledgement of Tunisia's successful human rights approach.

TUNIS, Sept. 3, 2010 (TAP)- Pr. Abdelfattah Amor was re-elected Thursday member of the United Nations Human Rights Committee for a fourth term, ranking first with 141 votes.

For his part, Dr. Lotfi Ben Lallahom was Wednesday re-elected member of the UN Committee for the Rights of the Disabled for a second term.

The re-election of Pr. Abdelfattah Amor and Dr. Lotfi Ben Lallahom is a renewed acknowledgement of Tunisia's success in matters of human rights and of the special care provided to the disabled under the wise and clear-sighted leadership of President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali .
