ULTIMAP RECEIVES CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

 ST. PAUL, Minn., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Ultimap Corporation (NASDAQ: UMAP) of St. Paul, announced today that it had received a contract for data conversion services from the Rock River Water Reclamation District in Rockford, Ill. Under the contract, Ultimap will convert the District's sanitary sewer information into the UltiMap Geographic Information System format, using a county parcel database. The total value of the contract is in excess of $600,000 and will take approximately three years to complete.
 Ultimap is a leading supplier of geographic information products and services, providing solutions that meet customers' critical geographic information management needs.
