UK's 'poshest hostel' is up for sale for PS1.3m.

A LUXURY hostel in Snowdonia - dubbed the 'poshest in the UK' has been put on the market for PS1.3m.
Plas Curig is Wales's only five star hostel after a stunning renovation by Amy McIntyre and her mum, designer Jane McIntyre.
When they took over in 2011 the Capel Curig hostel - in the shadow of Snowdon - was under threat of losing its one star rating with Visit Wales.
They gutted it, lifting up vinyl flooring and worn terracotta tiles, and laying slate, keeping the elegantly worn central wooden staircase. The ill-equipped kitchen was opened up and fitted with the old stainless steel worktops in a funky modern setting.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were transformed to create a luxury hostel feel that drew national and international attention. Reviewers dubbed it the 'UK's poshest hostel'.
Despite its high end rating dorm rooms start at PS20 with a family suite for PS90, while the entire 59 bed place can be hired for PS1,000.
Now it is up for sale with Bob Parry estate agents.
A spokesman said: "A fantastic opportunity to acquire this established and successful five star hostel which is currently the only accredited Visit Wales 5 star hostel, including a three bedroom house.
"It is situated in the highly popular village of Capel Curig in the Snowdonia National Park within a short drive of Betws y Coed and Mount Snowdon.
"The property sleeps 59 people in a mixture of rooms from dorm rooms to a double room on its own."
