UAL CORP. ENTERS DISCUSSIONS ON AIR WISCONSIN

 CHICAGO, Nov. 19 ~PRNewswire~ -- UAL Corp. (NYSE: UAL) today announced it is currently in discussions concerning the sale of certain assets of its subsidiary, Air Wis Services Inc., parent company of Air Wisconsin. Continuing financial losses at Air Wisconsin have prompted UAL to evaluate all aspects of its operations to improve earnings.
 UAL said that in making its decision, continuity of United Express service to the communities served by Air Wisconsin and the employment of Air Wisconsin personnel will be given the highest priority.
 Further statements will be released when and if the intended transactions are finalized.
