Byline: DEMELZA de BURCA

ROCKERS U2 are gearing up to make their video game debut in Rock Band 4. Harmonix announced the band's I Will Follow from their classic debut Boy, as well as Cedarwood Road from Songs Of Innocence will feature in the game.

The developer said fans can expect additional U2 tracks to be added to the in-game music store for download after launch.

This is the first time Bono and co - who have 13 studio albums, sold out arena shows in the world's biggest venues and won 22 Grammy Awards - will be featured in the game.

The Dublin rockers join the likes of Aerosmith, Elvis Presley, Foo Fighters, Van Halen and The Who on the playlist.

Rock Band 4 is released next Tuesday for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
