U.S. HOMECARE OPENS HEALTH CARE FACILITY IN PHILADELPHIA

 HARTSDALE, N.Y., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: USHO) today announced that it has opened a facility in King of Prussia, Penn. The 15,000 square foot facility will provide home infusion therapies and nursing services to residents of the Philadelphia area.
 The state-of-the-art center includes a Class 100 clean room where medications are compounded under conditions specified by federal and state regulations; treatment rooms for patients that prefer to receive infusion therapy on-site; and administrative offices for operations, reimbursement, and nursing services. The facility is located at 771 Fifth Avenue, King of Prussia. U.S. HomeCare also provides nursing services through satellite offices in Center City, NorthEast Philadelphia and Lancaster.
 "This facility is an important step in our strategy to service all our markets with both high-quality infusion therapy and nursing services," commented Bill Paul, president of Infusion Therapy and managing director for U.S. HomeCare. "Philadelphia residents who have benefited from our nursing expertise over the past two years will now have access to the finest infusion therapy specialists in the industry."
 The Philadelphia operation will be managed by Margaret Coe, a 10 year veteran of the health care industry in both sales and management capacities. As general manager, she will direct operations, finance, sales/marketing, and clinical services. Ms. Coe most recently worked as district sales manager for Home Nutritional Services (NHS) and as district manager for Caremark, Inc. She received her B.S. in Biological Science from Roanoke College in Salem, Vir. Ms. Coe is a member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and the united States Tennis Association (USTA).
 U.S. HomeCare is a leading provider of integrated home health care services, including nursing care and infusion therapy. Services are provided by approximately 3,600 caregivers in ten major markets through 28 locations, including five infusion therapy facilities and pharmacies.
