U.S. HOMECARE OPENS HEALTH CARE FACILITY IN ATLANTA

 HARTSDALE, N.Y., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: USHO) today announced that it has opened a facility in Atlanta, Georgia. The 12,000 square-foot facility will provide home nursing services and infusion therapies to patients in the Metro-Atlanta/ North Georgia area. It is the tenth major market for U.S. HomeCare.
 The state-of-the-art center includes a Class 100 clean room where infusion therapy fluids are compounded under conditions specified by federal regulations; treatment rooms for patients that wish to receive infusion therapy on-site; and administrative offices for operations, reimbursement, and nursing services. The Atlanta facility, located at 1000 Cobb place in Kennesaw, is in excellent proximity for serving the Metro-Atlanta market.
 Bill Paul, president of infusion therapy and managing director, commented that "U.S. HomeCare is very proud to be a member of the Atlanta community.  The Atlanta operation will be managed by Ms. Angela B. Hall. As general manager, she will direct company activities relative to operations, finance, sales/marketing, and clinical services. More recently, she served as general manager for Signature Home Care, where she was responsible for operations and sales. Prior to that time, Ms. Hall worked for Alcon Laboratories as a sales representative and has also held management positions with Kayser Roth Hosiery and Sears, Roebuck & Company. During her tenure at Sears, she was awarded "Division Manager of the Year." Ms. Hall was a participant in the 1982 Miss Georgia Pageant. She received her B.S. in business administration and management from Georgia Southern University. She resides in Woodstock, Georgia.
 U.S. HomeCare is a leading provider of integrated home health care services, including nursing care and infusion therapy. Services are provided by approximately 3,600 caregivers in ten major markets through 28 locations, including five infusion therapy facilities and pharmacies.
