U.S. HOMECARE CORP. OPENS INFUSION THERAPY FACILITY IN ALLENDALE
 HARTSDALE, N.Y., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: USHO), a leading provider of integrated home health care services, announced today that it has opened an infusion therapy facility in Allendale, N.J. The 14,000 sq. ft. facility, located at 50 Commerce Dr., will provide home infusion therapies to patients in New Jersey, Manhattan, Westchester and Rockland.
 The Allendale Center, which was designed using the latest in industry technology, includes a Class 100 clean room where actual infusion therapy fluids are compounded under conditions specified by federal regulations; treatment rooms for patients that wish to receive infusion therapy on-site; and administrative offices for operations, reimbursement, nursing and pharmaceutical. A clinical laboratory for hematology and blood chemistry profiles will be completed in the near future. Approximately 40 employees will work in the Allendale location.
 The Allendale operation will be managed by Arthur Cuomo. Cuomo brings 20 years of experience in health care management and sales and most recently served as a general manager for Caremark HomeCare Inc., a division of Baxter International, Inc.

 U.S. HomeCare is a leading provider of comprehensive home health care services, including nursing and personal care, infusion therapy, and respiratory therapy. Services are provided by approximately 2,900 caregivers in New York, Florida, Connecticut and Pennsylvania through 19 locations, including two infusion facilities and pharmacies.
