U.S. HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES 39 PERCENT INCREASE IN CASH DIVIDEND

 BLUE BELL, Pa., Nov. 17 ~PRNewswire~ -- U.S. Healthcare, Inc., (NASDAQ: USHC), one of the nation's leading providers of managed health care services, today announced that its regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock was increased from $.0934 to $.13 per share and on Class B stock from $.084 to $.117 per share. The first quarterly cash dividends under the new rates will be paid on Dec. 24, 1992 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 17, 1992.
 U.S. Healthcare provides managed health care services through its HMOs in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maryland. The Company also provides a variety of managed health care services, including workers compensation managed care, to self-insured and other employers. In addition, the Company offers quality assessment and improvement programs, patient surveys and outcome tracking, and data analysis systems for providers and purchasers of health care.
