U.S. DISTRICT COURT OF MINNEAPOLIS DECIDES AGAINST DIANA CORPORATION

 MILWAUKEE, Wis., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Diana Corporation (NYSE: DNA), announced today that The United States District Court in Minneapolis has decided against it on a key aspect of the Farm House Foods Corporation bondholder litigation. Mr. Richard Y. Fisher, chairman and president of Diana, stated he was surprised and disappointed by the decision, which will be appealed. As a result of the decision, Diana anticipates increasing its reserves relating to the litigation and recording a non-operating charge of approximately $1,500,000, or $.46 per share during the first quarter of its fiscal 1994.
