               U.S. BANK OF OREGON CHANGES ITS PRIME RATE
    PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Bank of Oregon today


announced that it dropped its prime rate to 7.5 percent, effective immediately. The previous rate was 8.0 percent.
