 TO DEVELOP NATIONAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
 RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., April 23 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Alcohol Testing of America Inc. (USAT) (AMEX: AAA) announced today that it has named A. Eicoff & Co., a division of Ogilvy & Mather, to develop a national television advertising campaign.
 A. Eicoff & Co.'s initial assignment will be the national rollout of USAT's Final Call disposable consumer alcohol breath testing device.
 "A. Eicoff & Co. was chosen because of their expertise in television advertising," said James Witham, president, USAT. "We look forward to immediate measurable results from this campaign."
 In addition to Final Call, USAT manufactures alcohol breath testing equipment which is used by law enforcement agencies, hospitals, laboratories, correctional facilities and detoxification centers. USAT which is listed on the American Stock Exchange under ticker symbol AAA, recently announced the signing of a cooperative research and development agreement (CRDA) with the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) granting USAT an exclusive right to manufacture and market the flow immunosensor, a new patent-pending technology for the detection of drugs of abuse.
