U-9s victors over Boro.

Byline: Teesside Athletic Notice Board

Wet weather put paid to every league game but one for Teesside Athletic this week.

The only one to survive was the Under-9s A, who won 3-1 at home against Boro Kids, with Stephen Roberts scoring twice and Liam Seaman scoring once.

On Friday evening in the Eston seven-a-side league, the Under-11s beat Teesside Allstars 2-0, with George Parkinson scoring two cracking goals and earning the man of the match award from the referee.

The Under-9s also had a great win over Bishop Auckland by four goals to nil with a fabulous hat-trick by Thomas Durance.

But by Tom's own admission, he was credited with a goal which was actually scored by the in-form Callum Jones.
