Two plazas encroaching state land targetted.

ISLAMABAD -- Capital Development Authority (CDA) in collaboration with District Administration has geared up its anti-encroachment drive at GT Road Samgjani and targeted two plazas- a triple storey Aman Medical Institute and Auto Zone Workshop.

Initially, the front roof projection and front beam columns with front walls of the Aman Medical Institute were dismantled, said a press release issued here.

The complete removal of encroached structures will be undertaken tomorrow because more machines were needed.

Similarly, four beam columns with front walls and shed of Auto Zone Workshop were also demolished. The mechanics were directed to lift their entire materials placed beneath the roof by tomorrow and the remaining encroached structure would also be razed subsequently.

The operation was supervised by Director Enforcement and AC (Saddar), ICT.

The operation will resume on Friday morning.
