Two perish in road accident.
Rawalpindi -- At least two people were killed when a Toyota hiace collided with a motorcycle in the Jatli police jurisdiction.
Abrar, a resident of Jatli and an electrician by profession, recorded a statement with the police that, he along with Shahbaz and Abdulkhaliq was going on a motorcycle from Rawalpindi to Jatli to attend to a complaint when the speeding Toyota hiace (RIL-2066) rammed into their bike at Doltala More. As a result, Shahbaz and Abdulkhaliq were killed on the spot while the driver fled the scene. The bodies were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
