Two new information products from Mealey Publications.
Cyber Tech & E-Comerce is a monthly publication available in print and/or online targeted to attorneys, corporate executives and insurance professionals involved in cyber tech litigation. It offers coverage of disputes arising from e-commerce and tracks emerging legal issues such as Internet security, data destruction and/or alteration, defamation on the Web, software errors, hardware failure, electronic theft, e-mail trespass, online privacy, government action, shareholder suits, Internet jurisdiction issues, insurance issues and file sharing and copyright disputes. An annual print subscription costs $700 while an annual online subscription costs $840. A subscription with both print and online access costs $1050.
Product Liability & Risk is described as a "complete product liability news and information reporting service." To be published twice each month beginning in September, the service will cover filings, new complaints, and breaking news, and will also include case summaries and trial updates. All documents not printed in the service will be available free online, as will a story archive.
The publication will feature reporting on litigation trends affecting product liability litigation, including punitive damage rulings, tort reform efforts, damage cap rulings and relevant data taken from manufacturers? SEC filings. It will also include coverage of emerging liability areas, news about possible future product liability litigation, opinions, commentaries, and verdict and settlement reporting. An annual print subscription costs $894.
