Two Leatherhead Journals.

Leatherhead Food RA have launched two journals, The Leatherhead Food Industry Journal and Food Allergy and Intolerance - A Journal for the World Food Industry.

The Leatherhead Food Industry Journal is a quarterly journal covering a variety of issues for the food and drink industry. It will contain articles written by those working in both industry and academia, and includes comments on the latest research, technological advances and legal issues occurring worldwide. Topics to be covered are Organics, Business Excellence, Functional foods and Food packaging. This journal costs [pounds]210.

Food Allergy and Intolerance - A Journal for the World Food Industry is to be published three times a year and aims to increase awareness of new developments and technology in all areas relating to food allergy and intolerance. The journal will contain the latest research, Advice on food processing practices, labelling information legislation issues, and will cost [pounds]180.
