The Turkish central bank has said that its total reserves increased in August.

The firm said that its reserves reached USD112bn as of the end of August. Official reserve assets rose by 4 percent, compared to USD107.6bn at the end of July.

The apex bank also said that in August, foreign currency reserves rose to USD89.97bn.
