The Turkish banking association has said that it is expecting significant loan restructuring in the electric-utility loan sector.
The banking association said that it is expecting USD10bn of electric utility loan restructuring this year. Electric utilities in the nation have debt worth USD47bn of which USD12bn to USD13bn requires restructuring.
About USD10bn of the debts are expected to be restructured by the end of this year.
