Turkey's Fabula Medya and Visual Unity partner.

Turkey's content distributor Fabula Medya and multiscreen solution provider Visual Unity have signed a strategic partnership agreement that will extend services and experience to a wider broadcast industry customer base in Turkey, Turkish CIS states and the Middle East.

This agreement will enable Fabula Medya to strengthen its position as the preferred provider of content delivery solutions for Turkish region broadcasters by offering them end-to-end delivery solutions to execute their online strategy.

Fabula's extensive experience and strength in film and television content delivery, VoD, IPTV and traditional broadcast technologies, combined with Visual Unity's vuMediaao solution and experience in broadcast system integration, will ensure that Fabula's current and new broadcast customers can look to the company as a single provider offering an end-to-end content delivery platform. With Visual Unity's broadcast system integration and multiscreen solution, Fabula customers will now have further visibility and control of their end-to-end content delivery flow.

Billur Arikan, Chief Executive Officer of Fabula, said: "Ever since the very first steps of our company on the Turkish market, we have established ourselves as a market leader in content delivery. While we are emphasising our position as a content delivery provider, we are undertaking several initiatives to address the complete set of functionalities required by our broadcast customers by taking away the heavy lifting and investment to fit content to multiple devices. This will allow them to concentrate on their core business -- content. Our partnership with Visual Unity is proof of this commitment."

Tony Hasek, Chief Commercial Officer of Visual Unity, added: "Through this strategic partnership with Fabula Medya we are able to extend our existing turnkey systems and solutions to a wider number of customers across the Turkish region. Visual Unity has over twenty years of experience in designing such systems and we are confident that, with Fabula's infrastructure and connectivity, we will be able to grow together to better service the needs of broadcasters across the region."
