Tunisia-France: two twinning agreements to promote training in sector of tourism.

TUNIS (TAP)- Two twinning agreements related to vocational training in the sector of tourism were signed Saturday in Tunis, with attendance of Trade and Tourism Minister Mehdi Houas and French Secretary of State in charge of Trade, Handicrafts, SMEs and Tourism Frederic LefE bvre. These two accords are aimed at implementing a technical co-operation programme in vocational training in the sectors of bakery, pastry, catering and hotel management. The two agreements were signed by the Seine-Saint-Denis Chamber of Trade and Handicrafts (France), and the Sidi Dhrif Tourism Institute and the Tourism Training Centre of Kerkouane (Hammamet), on the Tunisian side. Mr. LefE bvre expressed his country's will to support new Tunisia, especially in matters of tourism, handicrafts and trade. In order to immediately implement these two agreements, Mr.

Mehdi Houas said, 15 "ambassadors" (6 women and 9 men) of the Tourism Training Centre of Kerkouane will be hosted, as of next June 13, by the Seine-Saint-Denis Chamber of Trade and Handicrafts.
