Try hi-tech desks.

A NEW virtual office service at a flagship business centre in Caerphilly borough is giving fledgling firms the opportunity to try before they buy.

The new hot-desking facility is available at Tredomen Business and Technology Centre in Ystrad Mynach.

It allows businesses to take advantage of admin support and IT facilities without making a major financial commitment to rent office space.

Ian MacVicar, Caerphilly Council's business development officer, said: "A number of local businesses are already taking advantage of the many benefits that the hot desk service has to offer and I would encourage anyone interested to get in touch to see if we can help."

The facilities can be booked on a daily or half-daily basis.
