Trillium College School of Denturism Transforms Student with Life-Changing Makeover.
The lucky winner was Cassandra Caverly, a Personal Support Worker student from the St. Catharines campus, in Ontario. Cassandra was nominated by a fellow student, and chosen as the competition's winner by a panel of judges. The nomination read, “This makeover would be a permanent stepping stone for Cassandra who, through lack of confidence, tends to sit back and let others take the lead. The makeover will enable her to thrive as it will grant her the strength that she desperately requires to become the woman I know she hides.”
In an unexpected twist, Cassandra received a further prize: acrylic partial dentures (an approximate value of $2,500). According to Trillium College CEO, Darryl Simsovic, “In the process of choosing our winner, we realized that Cassandra would really benefit from the services of our outstanding Denturism School. We have a variety of top quality health programs at Trillium College, and we were delighted to be able to add this to her prize.”
Cassandra spent two full days at the Yonge Campus (Toronto) www.tcitestsite.com/campuses/toronto-yonge-campus/where she received personal care from the campus manager and an instructor—both of whom are certified denturists, and the latter of whom runs his own clinic in Toronto. She underwent a screening and oral exam to ensure there were no underlying health conditions and received acrylic partial upper dentures, giving Cassandra a full smile she could be proud of.
Cassandra revealed her new look on stage at Trillium College's Graduation ceremony on Wednesday May 22nd, in front of her fellow students, husband and two children.
