TriBeCa 'Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street' completed. (Residential).

The Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street offer new, beautifully designed condominium lofts in the most desirable area of TriBeCa. Eight lofts are being created on the original top four floors of the historic Green Industrial Building. In addition, two duplex penthouses have been built on top of the building offering Tribeca's most spectacular residential spaces. The lofts are designed by Rogers Marvel Architects, PLLC, a firm highly acclaimed for its creativity in residential design.

The eight lofts have been fashioned with top quality kitchens and baths and substantial open space, ready for a buyer to create a custom designed layout. The lofts feature ceilings of about 12 feet, white oak floors, high level finishes, the finest appliances and amenities including Bulthaup cherry and stainless steel kitchens with Subzero refrigerators. The master baths include steam showers and whirlpools. Every loft will also have a woodburning fireplace and oversized windows that will offer unmatched city views.

The two glass duplex penthouses will offer a totally blank canvas for an architect to design a residence to an owner's exact specifications.

Additionally, the penthouses include wrap around terraces and unobstructed panoramic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.

"We are excited to be able to offer these exceptional loft spaces in this distinguished building in TriBeCa. The Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street offer New Yorkers a last of a kind, spacious residence in a prime TriBeCa location," said Stanley Scott, developer of The Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street.

The eight condominium lofts range in size from approximately 4,000 to 5,000 SF. Prices for a typical unit start at approximately $3.5 million and range up to $4.5 million. The penthouses are approximately 5,000 SF and an additional 1,650 SF of terrace space is dedicated to each loft. The penthouses range in price from approximately $5.9 million to $6.9 million.

The Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street offer superb residential amenities including a twenty-four hour doorman and an elegant lobby entrance. The lobby will be enhanced with fine art work, creating a welcoming residential entrance. A skilled building staff will provide residents with outstanding service and attention to maintenance details.

"Light and space, two elements of life in New York that everyone desires, will be abundant at The Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street. The Sky Lofts will provide residents with the unique opportunity to create their ideal New York home in the best TriBeCa location," said Alexa Lambert and Sean Murphy Turner of Stribling Marketing Associates, LLC, which has been appointed exclusive sales and marketing agent for The Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street.
