Tremor Jolts Iran's Western Hamedan Province.

Tehran, (QNA) - An earthquake measuring 4.7 on Richter scale rocked Nahavand in Iran's western province of Hamedan early Friday, Iranian News Agency (IRNA) reported. According to the seismological center of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University, the tremor occurred at 05:34 hours local time (01:04 GMT Friday) in an area located at 48.42 degrees longitude and 34.18 degrees latitude and in the depth of two kilometers. There was no immediate report on the possible damage caused by the earthquake, according to IRNA. (QNA)
