Treble is no trouble for Frankie.

FRANKIE DETTORI returned to the winner's enclosure for the first time since scoring in Group One company in Germany at the weekend as he bagged a 261/2-1 treble at Lingfield.

The Italian was only booked for four mounts at the Surrey circuit and brought three of them home in front.

Mahmood Al Zarooni's 1-4 favourite Introvert was first to oblige as he made all to brush aside 25-1 chance Tagansky in division one of the Ashurst Wood Median Auction Maiden Stakes.

While Dettori partnered Campanologist to Group One glory in Germany on Sunday, Al Zarooni was also on the mark at the highest level in the same country with Buzzword.

Division two was not quite so straightforward as Rutterkin (3-1) went from cruising to running on empty and found the line coming just in time to cling on by a short head from the fastfinishing Jacobs Son. Zigato completed the hat-trick and provided John Gosden with the second leg of a near 20-1 double with a neck success in division two of the Bet Tri-Nations Rugby - Betdaq Maiden Stakes.
