Travolta has 'alibi' in sex assault case; CLAIMS.

JOHN Travolta says he can rubbish claims he sexually assaulted a man, thanks to photos that show he was 2,500 miles away.

The Grease actor, 58, was accused of groping a male masseur at a Beverley Hills hotel during a massage session on January 16.

But he says photographs show him in New York, on the other side of the country, on the same day.

A receipt for a $400 meal he ate in the Big Apple on the same day also backs up his alibi that he was not in Los Angeles.

The claim was one of two cases brought by the same lawyer, with a second man alleging a similar incident took place in Atlanta on January 28.

Marty Singer, Mr Travolta's lawyer, said the lawsuits were "absurd and ridiculous" and the actor was counter-suing for malicious prosecution.

The lawyer acting for the men said: "Bring it on."
