Travelers engages SJP.

The Travelers Insurance Company, based in Hartford, Connecticut, has engaged SJP Properties of Parsippany, to supervise the management and leasing of its northern New Jersey real estate portfolio announced Steven J. Pozycki, president of SJP Properties.

The company has assumed operational control of three buildings totalling 365,000 square feet on behalf of Travelers: the 191,000-square-foot Mount Pleasant Office Building on Route 10 in Parsippany; the 120,000-square-foot 240 Cedar Knolls Road building in Cedar Knolls, and a 44,000-square-foot building on Hilltop Road in Ramsey.

SJP Properties is currently evaluating each property in the context of the local marketplace, and is planning an effective marketing and management plan for the buildings. "We are also focusing on any physical improvements needed to the buildings' systems and public areas in order to reposition the properties in the market and to significantly enhance each facility's image," Pozycki said.
