Travelers Realty retains ESG in Westchester/Fairfield.

The Travelers Realty Investment Company has appointed the Edward S. Gordon Company leasing and managing agent for its Westchester and Fairfield portfolio of commercial real estate, announced Michael H. Siegel, executive director of ESG's Westchester/Fairfield office.

Siegel will oversee the assignment with Senior Property Manager Anthony Lifrieri.

In Westchester, The Travelers' Mount Kisco Corporate Park comprises 210,000 square feet of first class office space in three buildings. These properties, currently home to a number of corporate users, underwent a thorough modernization in 1988 and are located in an executive park environment at 90, 100 and 110 South Bedford Road in Mount Kisco.

ESG's John Picco and Paul Jacobs will direct the leasing effort for the Mount Kisco Corporate Park.

In Downtown White Plains, ESG will direct the leasing and management of 7-11 South Broadway, a four-story office building comprised of 70,000 square feet of space. ESG's Jay Reynolds and Ann Silver will direct the leasing effort for this property.

In the Fairfield market, ESG will lease and manage 200 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk. This seven-story office building is comprised of 124,000 square feet of space, serving a number of corporate users. ESG's Mark Ripka, Lynn Fitzpatrick-Kinney, Kenneth Nordstrom and Ann Silver will direct the leasing program for this building.

ESG has also been retained as the exclusive sales agent for 1000 Oronoque Lane in Stamford, Connecticut.
