Travel; The Internet Man: Bag a great service.

ONE of the major concerns no frills passengers have is the way their baggage is handled.

Bmibaby have addressed that problem with the launch of KISS, a new handling solution for low cost airlines.

KISS will provide handling and passenger transport services for 200 bmibaby flights to 22 European destinations each week.

KISS is currently recruiting and training staff for its EMA operation. The contract with bmibaby begins on October 27, in time for the start of the busy winter programme. Bmibaby will operate 400 flights a week to and from the airport, serving 22 destinations in 12 countries.

Bmibaby's Tony Davis said: "We are pleased to be working with MAG and to be trailing their new KISS initiative.

"We are confident, as they are, that the new venture will be a complete success and offer the speed and efficiency that we are looking for as a premier low cost airline."
