CITY OF EUGENE

E. 30th Avenue (at University St.) - Roadwork will begin this week and continue through August. Contractor will install electrical conduit and signal foundations. Expect lane closures and periodic delays.

W. 17th Avenue (Charnelton St. to Lincoln St.) - Potential temporary traffic delays associated to adjacent park construction project.

W. 24th Avenue (Van Buren St. to Jefferson St.) - Crack seal work expected Monday and Tuesday. Dusty conditions will be present. Flaggers will be on site with minimal traffic delays.

Agate Street (E. 15th Ave. to E. 19th Ave.) - Crack seal work expected Wednesday. Dusty conditions will be present. Flaggers will be on site with minimal traffic delays.

Alva Park Drive (Wood Ave. to Bell Ave.) - Construction activities will begin this week. Expect periodic delays.

Chambers Street (W. 14th Ave. to Amazon Creek) - Crews will remove and replace the sidewalk on the east side of Chambers Street from W. 14th Avenue to Amazon Creek. Northbound traffic lane will be diverted into the center lane. Look for traffic cones and watch for workers. Work is expected Monday through Friday.

Charnelton Street (W. 16th Ave. to W. 17th Ave) - Potential temporary traffic delays associated to adjacent park construction project.

Davis Street (Elmira Rd. to Bell Ave.) - Construction activities will begin this week. Expect periodic delays.

Fairfield Avenue (Royal Ave. to Hwy. 99) - Roadwork continues through September. Pipe repairs and sidewalk ramp construction will continue this week. Expect lane closures and periodic delays. Fairfield from Royal Avenue to Hawthorne Avenue will be closed for street reconstruction.

Green Acres Road (Norkenzie Rd. to Delta Hwy.) - Crack seal work expected Friday. Dusty conditions will be present. Flaggers will be on site with minimal traffic delays.

Fox Hollow Road (E. Amazon Dr. to W. Amazon Dr.) - Crack seal work expected Monday and Tuesday. Dusty conditions will be present. Flaggers will be on site with minimal traffic delays.

Harold Street (Wood Ave. to Bell Ave.) - Construction activities will begin this week. Expect periodic delays.

Harris Street (E. 18th Ave. to E. 28th Ave.) - The intersection of E. 28th Avenue and Harris Street will be closed this week. Use alternate routes. Sidewalk ramp construction will continue and is expected to last 2 to 3 more weeks. Expect sidewalk and lane closures.

Jacobs Drive (Pattison St. to Hwy. 99) - Roadwork has begun and will continue through September. Pipe repairs and sidewalk ramp construction will continue this week. Expect lane closures and periodic delays.

N. Gilham Road (Ashbury Dr. to Honeywood St.) - Full street closure continues Monday and Tuesday while contractor installs storm pipe.

Pearl Street (E. 4th Ave. to E. 8th Ave.) - Crack seal work expected Thursday. Dusty conditions will be present. Flaggers will be on site with minimal traffic delays.

Terry Street area (including Sugarpine Circle; Mahe Avenue; Barger Drive CDS spur; and Terry, Trevon, Assumption, Cosmoledo and Silhouette streets): - Slurry seal work is scheduled for Wednesday through Thursday, depending on weather. Weather-delayed work will be rescheduled to Friday. Affected streets will be closed for one day. See www.eugene-or.gov/slurryseal for details.

LANE TRANSIT DISTRICT WEST EUGENE EmX PROJECT

All businesses remain accessible during construction. The public can email weemx@ltd.org to request traffic advisory emails regarding the project.

Garfield Street (W. 6th Ave. to W. 10th Ave.) - Brief nighttime lane restrictions may be in effect for road striping.

W. 11th Avenue (Tyinn St. to Bailey Hill Rd.) - Traffic restricted to one westbound lane for daytime road work. Possible restriction to one lane in each direction at night.

W. 11th Avenue (Bertelsen Rd. to Seneca Rd.) - Traffic restricted to one eastbound lane for daytime road work. Possible restriction to one lane in each direction at night.

W. 11th Avenue (Oak Patch Rd. to Garfield St.) - Utility work, both day and night time, is expected to restrict lanes.

LANE COUNTY

Crow Road (Green Hill Rd. to Territorial Rd.) - Crews will be placing shoulder rock. Traffic controlled by flaggers. Expect minimal delays.

Gimpl Hill Road (Bailey Hill Rd. to Pine Grove Rd.) - Pavement overlay including driveways continues. Traffic controlled by flaggers. Expect minimal delays.

Green Hill Road (Hwy. 126 to Royal Ave.) - Work along road shoulders continues. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers. Expect minimal delays.

Marcola Road (Sunderman Rd. to Northern Shadows Dr.) - Pavement overlay including driveways occurring. Traffic controlled by flaggers. Expect minimal delays.

Mercer Lake Road (Near Santa Rd.) - Replacement of a culvert at MP 1.3 will begin Tuesday and continue through Thursday. A one-lane bypass road will be controlled by flaggers while crews are working in the area. Expect up to 20-minute delays.

Noti Loop Road (Hwy. 126 to Hwy. 126) - Pavement overlay including driveways occurring. Traffic controlled by flaggers. Expect minimal delays.

West King Road (Belknap Covered Bridge) - The bridge is closed to all traffic through Nov. 17 for rehabilitation construction project.

Lane County Chipseal Program - Chipseal will be applied Monday through Thursday, depending on weather and materials availability. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers. Expect 15-minute delays. Seek alternate routes whenever possible.

Chipseal roads - Green Valley Street, Greenwood Street, High Pass Road (Territorial Rd.-Lavell Rd.), Hillview Road, Lingo Lane, Link Lane, Lynx Hollow Road (Hwy. 99-ECM), Market Road, McMullen Lane, Noraton Road (Hwy. 99-ECM), NW Expressway (Irvington Rd.-Prairie Rd.), Orchard Avenue & Y, Pebble Beach Lane, Prairie Road (NW Expressway-Prairie Rd. Con.), River Drive, Toftdahl Lane and Willamette Drive (Love Lake Rd.-ECM).
