Transfer of tehsildar sought.

BARA -- The tribesmen of Bara Khyber Agency have demanded authorities concerned to transfer the political tehsildar of Bara due to his constant absence from his office at Levy Centre which multiplied miseries of affected people. The residents of Bara said on Wednesday that political tehsilder of Bara, Khalid Khan was absent for the last few days from his official duty and people's problems were increasing day to day. The elders, students and other people were waiting all the day long for documents to be signed, they added.

As the CNICs, domiciles and other documents of tribal people are laying in office of political tehsildar for months for his signature but on the other side, he was less bothered to facilitate them.

Sources revealed the political tehsilder was preferring to offer duty at those areas where smuggling on peak and that he was also receiving proper share in it. His priority is to collect money from smuggles despite easing miseries of tribesmen, sources informed. Affected tribesmen demanded of the governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, additional chief secretary Fata and political agent Khyber Agency to instantly transfer the political tehsildar with a dutiful officer at Levy Centre.
