21 March 2014 -- Georgia US-based billing and payment software and services firm TransCentra said it has been selected by Wisconsin US based Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ: ASBC) to deliver enhanced receivables to the bank's commercial clients.
TransCentra said its private label lockbox service will deliver faster processing times, reduced mail float and a host of new processing capabilities to Associated's commercial clients.
The bank will initially be served by TransCentra's Naperville, Ill. processing facility, which treasury consulting firm Phoenix-Hecht measured as producing some of the shortest nationwide mail float times in the country.
This ensures bank clients will have payments deposited and receivables information posted in an extremely expedient manner.
Norcross, Ga.-based TransCentra is an outsourced remittance processor, an outsourced biller and a provider of imaging and payment processing platforms and software.
An industry leader in innovative multichannel billing and payment solutions, TransCentra is trusted by many of the largest and most recognized names in both the consumer and business-to-business markets across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, utilities and telecommunications.
Associated Banc-Corp has total assets of USD 24bn and has more than 200 banking locations serving more than 100 communities throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota, and commercial financial services in Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Texas.
