Traffic light mountain; Your say.

RE the proposal for a traffic lights system at Ormesby roundabout - has there been a surplus of traffic lights produced that nobody has told anyone about? Is it something like the European butter mountain of a few years back and we must utilise traffic lights at every opportunity? What sort of person comes up with these ridiculous ideas? We are all taught how to deal with roundabouts in our learner days so why are they being slowly phased out? Nothing infuriates more than a red light at a roundabout when there's no traffic about.

The ones at Greystone are an accident waiting to happen. I'm sure I'm not the only driver who's been waiting to be hit when stuck half way around a roundabout because of traffic tights.
