Traffic blockage on Zero-Point Interchange irks masses.

ISLAMABAD, January 31, 2011 (Balochistan Times): Many deadlines of the Zero-Point Interchange completion have passed but its completion is still a question mark. It has been irritating the commuters for so long. As per details, the Zero-Point Interchange is the key plan, which would ease the passage of traffic from Islamabad into Rawalpindi. Its completion is still a question mark. The higher authorities are ignoring the seriousness of the matter. In addition, commuters have appealed the higher officials and Chief Justice to take notice of these delays and force the constructors to complete their work as soon as possible.
