Trading Technologies' X_TRADER[R] 7.11 Named "Best New Product from a Technology Firm for Trading and Execution".
Launched in March 2012, X_TRADER 7.11 incorporates ADL[TM], TT's revolutionary visual algorithmic programming platform. With ADL, traders and programmers alike use drag-and-drop building blocks to rapidly design, test and deploy automated futures and options trading programs without writing a single line of code.
"TT made the bold claim that the integration of their ADL product into X_TRADER meant that algorithmic trading is now accessible to all professional futures traders. And after an assiduous assessment and with strong feedback from the pros, our judges concurred," offered William Mitting, editor and publisher of FOW magazine.
"We went up against steep competition and are very pleased to accept this prestigious award," said Harris Brumfield, CEO of TT. "It's heartening to see futures traders with varied disciplines and approaches tailor X_TRADER's ADL to suit their unique strategies. We expect the acceptance of ADL by professional traders will continue to accelerate in 2013 and lead to safer trading along with even tighter and more liquid futures markets."
TT supports over thirty markets worldwide and in early 2013, X_TRADER will provide access to Eris Exchange. With the new connection, TT clients will gain the ability to trade benchmark Eris Exchange Interest Rate Swap Futures and inter-market spreads through X_TRADER. TT clients will have access to 2-, 5- and 10-year Forward Starting IMM-dated Eris Exchange Interest Rate Swap Futures. In addition, clients using TT's Autospreader[R] spreading tool will have the option to easily trade cross-exchange spreads if they have access to other exchanges.
